Spring Festival at The River’s Edge

Join us here at The River’s Edge for our annual Spring Festival Demo Day!

This year, we decided to do it a little different. All of our factory reps will be on hand to answer questions and show off all of the new products for 2010, but we will also be giving clinics throughout the day. Those who come to the clinics will have a chance to win prizes donated by our manufacturers throughout the day. Also, we will be having an Accuracy Casting Competition, a Distance Casting Competition, and the Ugliest Fly Contest (Bring by your ugliest tied fly and it will be judged for a chance to win a fly tying kit at the end of the day). Stop by and enter the contests any time throughout the day. Prizes will be given away at 4:00 PM for all winners!

Our clinics are as follows:

Knot Tying School 10:00 – 11:00 AM – Learn basic knots for fly fishing
Simms Product Seminar 11:00 – 12:00 – Learn how Simms Waders and Boots are made.
Beginning Fly Casting 1:00 – 2:00 – Learn to Fly Cast for All Ages!
Fly Casting For Kids 2:00 – 3:00 – Taught by the Best Young Angler we know.
Add 10 Feet to Your Cast 3:00 – 4:00 – We can all add a little distance!

There is a lot going on and a lot of prizes from our Manufacturers to give away so be sure and stop by and join in the fun. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
