Montana's
Spring Creeks
These
fee fisheries located in the Paradise Valley near Livingston provide
challenging fishing to selective trout. These creeks are ideally
suited to anglers looking to test their skills and knowledge.
Current Conditions & Fishing Strategy 7/21/10
The Creeks are going through a bit of a transition period where the PMD hatches are starting to taper off and the summer hatches have not yet begun. The fish are starting to show more interest in terrestrial type patters such as small hoppers, ants and beetles, but the nymph fishing has still been most productive. If you go over, don't forget your Mosquito Repellant as there have been a few bugs around. Recommended Fly Patterns Nymphs -
